Description
Time to go, is dedicated to understanding the behavior of adults who suffered from trauma during childhood. Eventually their traumatic experiences led many of them to self harm, substance-abuse, and addiction, beginning at a very young age. Eventually their traumas manifested into different forms of mental illness in adulthood. This is a heartfelt story about one person's struggle for their sanity and how they came to terms with their past, how they learned to love, respect and have patience for their self. For so many, this becomes the toughest challenge in life.
The intention of the stories written within these pages are to inspire others to 'let go', and learn how to accept and have unconditional love for one's self. It is the author's deepest wish that this story finds those who need it most, and awakens empathy in those who find trauma, addiction, and mental illness difficult to understand. Though many traumas may be quite unique to individuals on a personal level; the result is still the same. This is their journey.
