Brooke has spent the last few years building her bookstore. In that time she's been dreaming of the day that the store space next door opened up. Her dream is to attach a tea shop to her bookstore. That day seems to finally arrive and Brooke wastes no time going to her landlord to make her case. When her landlord informs her that he's promised the space next door to his neice so that she can open her own business, Brooke is crushed. When she gets back to her store and realizes that his niece is opening a tattoo parlor complete with an entourage of questionable characters her disappointment turns to anger.
