Marty was just a lonely guy trying to make his way in the world. He had a new job and wanted to prove to his boss that he has what it takes to make it in the city. With no other option due to the Christmas holiday, Marty's boss sends him to a rural Vermont village to broker a deal on a piece of land that they need for a big client.
