Description

Easter is... not a throwaway holiday. It's the day when Time went into full reverse. For centuries, Death stalked us. From shadows and close calls, we quivered along, haunted, never knowing when it would strike. Then one day, Death snapped up a man from Nazareth. In His sealed tomb, three days later, Jesus opened His warm hands and there embedded in them were Death's fangs. Time now had a new direction and so did we -- Immortality!

52 Thinks II is written in the same spirit as the first edition (with the Christmas theme that Charles Dickens put into the mouth of Scrooge's nephew in A Christmas Carol). It's the one time we all open our shut-up hearts and think of others. If your heart feels shut-up, then this book is for you because Easter opens hearts and tombs... your tomb!

52 Thinks II is for spiritual seekers... those looking for truth about God, Jesus, and the Bible. It's the culmination of many years of newspaper columns written for those who are wondering about their spiritual condition, seeking answers, and done so in around 600 words per column (about a two-minute read, but it may take a whole week to process).

52 Thinks II is not about a religion; it's about restoring a relationship with your Creator who loves you and wants to be your best friend. Here's to you and your spiritual journey to meet Him, to opening your shut-up heart to the good news of this pleasant time, and to a very Happy Easter that you can celebrate today because Jesus "was dead."
