Apologies to J.P. Morgan: A New Look at “The Creature from Jekyll Island & 1913

Description
As universally agreed by Establishment historians as well as "conspiracy theorists," it was at the legendary 1910 Jekyll Island meeting, organized by Senator Nelson Aldrich (R-RI) and facilitated by J.P. Morgan, that the Federal Reserve System was conceived. It would be birthed three years later, near the end of the first yar of Woodrow Wilson's presidency. Two months earlier, in October of 1913, the companion Income Tax would also be institutionalized. However, what is generally not known -- or at least extremely under-appreciated and under-reported -- is that the difference between the "Aldrich Plan" originally hatched at Jekyll Island versus what was ultimately established as the "Fed" is so fundamental and so significant, that had the attendees known in advance what was to become of their original proposal, most of them would have never convened!
To continue referring to the diabolical and destructive Federal Reserve as "The Creature from Jekyll Island"is therefore historically inaccurate, and grossly so. Therein lies the untold story of intrigue, suspense, treachery and even MURDER which is the subject of this unique and fast-paced, richly illustrated book in which Mike King sets the historical record straight!
