Description
Some honeymoons end in divorce. This one might end in death.
Brie Greene married a stranger -- at least, that's how it feels when Steven insists on honeymooning at a remote campground. Tightly wound and hypervigilant, Brie sees threats in every noise and shadow. She's spent years burying a past she refuses to name, and the backcountry feels like a trap designed just for her.
Then Steven vanishes during the night.
Some of the campers offer sympathy -- too much sympathy. Others assume Brie's to blame.
But Brie knows someone's lying. Someone knows where Steven is.
As a rockslide seals the campground and it becomes apparent that help won't be coming, Brie realizes this isn't about a missing husband. It's about her. It's always been about her.
She thought she knew what she was running from.
She was wrong.
